棉氨织物快速定量检测方法的研究

摘    要:目前现有的检测标准对棉氨纶织物定量分析方法,主要有手工拆分法和二甲基甲酰胺法,但手工拆分法耗时长,效率低,二甲基甲酰胺法对深色织物氨纶定量分析结果偏大。文中采用20.00%盐酸法对棉氨织物进行定量分析,对比了20.00%盐酸法与二甲基甲酰胺法的准确性,并通过计算20.00%盐酸法对纯氨纶纤维定量分析的修正系数优化20.00%盐酸法,测试优化后20.00%盐酸法的准确性。结果表明,优化后的20.00%盐酸法对棉氨织物中氨纶定量分析中氨纶的绝对偏差最大为0.39%,完全符合标准中规定定量的置信区间(1.00%以内);20.00%盐酸法有效地避免了手工拆分法和二甲基甲酰胺法的局限性,对棉氨织物实现准确、快速检测,具有较好的推广意义。

Abstract:At present,there were two main quantitative analysis methods for cotton and spandex blended fibers,but Manual splitting method is time-consuming and low efficiency.The results of dimethylformamide method are larger than the real one.In this paper,it used 20.00%hydrochloric acid to analyze cotton and spandex blended fibers,the results accuracy of the dimethylformamide and 20.00%hydrochloric acid are compared.It optimized the 20.00%hydrochloric acid method by calculating the correction factor of pure spandex fiber,and tested the accuracy the optimal method of the 20.00%%hydrochloric acid.The results show that the absolute deviation of quantitative analysis of spandex in cotton and spandex blended fabric is at most 0.39%with the optimal 20.00%hydrochloric acid method,which fully in line with the confidence interval specified in the standard(within 1.00%).The 20.00%hydrochloric acid method can effectively avoid the limitations of the manual resolution method and the dimethylformamide method,which can realize accurate and rapid detection of the cotton spandex mixture.
