高地压软岩矿山残矿回采技术研究

摘    要:白银公司小铁山多金属矿为典型的高地压软岩矿山,由于地压活动频繁、巷道和采场破坏严重等原因,前期生产中滞留了大量残矿。根据调查踏勘,将小铁山矿残矿划分为三中段无底柱分段崩落法开采期间形成的残矿,四、五中段多种充填法试验期间形成的残矿和六到八中段上向巷道式进路充填法开采期间形成的残矿。针对小铁山矿不同区域残矿回采条件复杂多变的特点,以“小范围、小规模、小断面、小设备、小规格”机械化开采为指导思路,制定了五种可行的残矿方案,并根据实际情况灵活选用。

Abstract:The Xiaotieshan polymetallic mine is a typical high-pressure soft rock mine. Due to frequent ground pressure activities and serious damage to roadways and stopes, a large amount of residual ore was stranded in the early production. According to the investigation, the residual ore of Xiaotieshan Mine can be divided into the residual ore formed during caving method in 3rd sublevel, the residual ore formed during the test of multiple filling methods in the 4th and 5th sublevel, and the residual ore formed during the upward roadway filling mining method. In view of the complex and changeable characteristics of the residual ore mining conditions in different areas of Xiaotieshan Mine, five feasible residual ore plans have been formulated with the guidance of "small scale, small scale, small section, small equipment, and small specifications" mechanized mining. And flexibly choose the above scheme according to the actual situation.
