10,10’-二溴-9,9’-联蒽合成工艺改进

摘    要:报道了一种有机电致发光材料中间体10,10’-二溴-9,9’-联蒽的合成工艺方法。结果表明,在乙酸乙酯和冰醋酸(体积比=1∶1)的混合溶剂中,以锌粒和浓盐酸为还原剂,蒽醌为原料,N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)为溴化剂,两步法反应合成10,10’-二溴-9,9’-联蒽,总产率达到72.3%。该法具有生产周期短、反应条件温和、纯化简单、成本低、产率高等优点。

Abstract:A synthetic method of organic light-emitting materials,10,10'-dibromo-9,9'-bianthracene,was reported.The results showed that using ethyl acetate and acetic acid as solvent,zinc and concentrated hydrochloric acid as reductants,anthraquinone as raw material,and NBS as the brominating agent,10,10'-dibromo-9,9'-bianthracene was synthesized through two-step in the mixed solvents of ethyl acetate and a total yield acetic acid was 72.3%.This process has some advantages of the short reaction time,gentle condition,easy purification,lower cost and higher yield.
