| 摘 要： | 回顾与分析国内录井行业的发展背景、历程与现状，将国内录井公司的发展分别定位于快速多元发展型、技术精细提升型及顺势稳步推进型3种基本类型，在此基础上，探讨了录井行业价值认识、发展方向与发展目标定位等录井发展战略问题,研究了录井人才开发、技术创新和质量升级等重要课题，剖析了录井行业发展的主要难题、关键要素及应对措施，初步形成了汞井行业科学发展要以技术创新、技术增效为主要目标的录井行业发展思路与发展模式。对促进录井行业科学、快速和高效发展具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
