| 摘 要： | 介绍了4种提高橡胶冷喂料排气挤出机效率的途径：减少胶料在螺杆排气段中的进料度，增加胶料和排气段中的平均停留时间，增强胶料“自由”表面积的更新作用，改进配方设计和操作工艺条件等。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces four kinds of method for increasing devolatilizing efficiency in cold feeding vented extruders These methods are:(1)reducing the filled degree of rubber compounds in the vented section of screw;(2)increasing the mean residence time in the vented zone;(3)enhancing the effect of renewing the evaporating surface;and (4)improving the ingredients and operating variables |
