火力发电厂结构全寿命设计基础性研究

摘    要:全寿命设计是指涵盖结构设计、施工建造和运营管理等整个结构使用寿命期的基于安全性、可靠性和经济性等总体结构性能的设计理论.对大型火力发电厂结构,全寿命设计还应包括结构和工艺各专业的协调设计思想.电厂结构属于基建投资比较大的建设项目,采用全寿命设计思想,所设计的结构和工艺设备可以更加协调地工作,可使结构在全寿命周期内的造价最小,具有一定的经济效益.从理论上介绍了全寿命设计的基本内容,并提出了相关的方法.

Abstract:Total lifetime design is a kind of design theory that considers overall structure and properties including security,dependability and economy and covers structural design,construction and operations management.For large fossil-fired power plants,total lifetime design should also include the design idea that structure and technology should be coordinating.The power plant structure is one kind of large construction project which has a lot of capital investment.It will work better to adopt total lifetime design,the structure and process unit will match better,the fabrication-cost could be least and some economic benefit could be obtained.This article introduces the basic contents of total lifetime design theoretically and proposes relevant methods.
