基于dsPIC单片机的气密性检测仪

针对传统泄漏检测方法中的检测效率低，测量精度不高等问题，设计了一种以dsPICPIC30F6012数字信号处理器为核心的差压泄漏检测仪，论述了其工作原理、系统硬件电路结构及软件设计。采用高精度微差压变送器、温度传感器及具有标准12C总线的低功耗液晶显示器，并利用温度补偿技术，实现了快速高效、高精度的气密性检测。
