| 摘 要： | 介绍电子设备温升的主要原因。提出电路板设计、分析一体化的思想，建立计算机辅助电路板热分析、热设计及热测试集成平台。该集成平台的研制为电子产品设计人员，可靠性工程人员解决电子设备过热问题提供了并行环境。

This platform provides parallel design environment for electronic and reliability engineers to solve issues of electronic equipments' overheating. |
