翅片管式换热器除霜方式探讨

摘    要:分析了结霜对制冷换热的影响,对各种不同的除霜方式进行了比较,利用吸风式风洞制冷实验台,进行了新型三对称大直径圆孔翅片管式蒸发器的结霜实验,分析了采用电热除霜的合理性,并探讨了电热除霜方式存在的问题,提出了改进措施,分析了其节能前景。

Abstract:The frost influences on refrigeration and heat exchanges were analyzed,various defrost forms were compared.With suction wind hole refrigeration experimental bench,the new three symmetric large diameter circular hole finned pipe boiler frosting test was carried out,the rationality of adopting electric heating defrost was analyzed.The problems existing in electric heat defrost were discussed,the improved measures were proposed and its energy saving prospect was analyzed.
