摘    要:针对高度乳化的非离子表面活性剂APG生产污水的特点,进行了基于A/O工艺的污水处理的实验研究。结果表明:在常温常压下,当进水P(COD)为1500—2500mg/L,水力停留时间48h时,利用磁性载体代替传统的弹性填料,系统COD去除率可达95%以上,出水P(COD)稳定在80mg/L以下,达到江苏化工企业污水排放标准要求,优于国家排放标准。

Abstract:The experimental study is carried out for sewage treatment based on A/O process aiming at the characteristics of sewage produced by highly emulsifying nonionic surfactant APG production. The results show that the COD removal rate can reach more than 95% and p(COD) in effluent is lower than 80 mg/L at normal temperatures and pressures whenp(COD) in inflow is 1 500-2 500mg/ L, hydraulic retention time is 48 h and the magnetic carrier is adopted to replace traditional elastic packing. The effluent can satisfy with the sewage discharge standard for Jiangsu chemical enterprises, and is superior to the national discharge standard.
