摘    要:国华太仓发电有限公司2台600MW机组是国内引进技术生产的首批超临界600MW机组。分析了2台机组轴瓦振动的主要问题:9号轴瓦轴振偏大;低压缸碰磨及低压缸轴瓦振动;高中压转子振动,采取了减振措施,大修后轴振控制在合格范围内。

Abstract:The two 600 MW units in Guohua Taicang Power Plant are the first 600 MW supercritical units produced by introduced technology.Main problems of these two units are analyzed including too large vibration of No.9 bearing bush,bumping grind and bearing bush vibration of LP cylinder,and the vibration of HP-IP rotors.Some measures are adopted to solve these problems,and bearing vibration is controlled to reasonable extent after major repair.
