高炉焦炭中子测水系统的应用

摘    要:焦炭是高炉冶炼的主要燃料,其分子波劝将直接影响炉温.要用人工取样法间歇测定焦炭中的水分,时间长、误差大,不能代表焦炭入炉前的初始水分。而利用中子测水系统,则可自动、准确、边疆地测定焦炭入炉前的水分,并可将所测水分值输入上位机,实现焦炭水分的自动补偿。

Abstract:The coke is one of important fuel which affects the smelting process, and the change of its moisture content will result in the temperature fluctuation on BF. It takes a longer time to measure the moisture content of coke by taking samples artificially, and the measured result is incorrect. Moreover, it can't show the original moisture content of coke before it is put into BF. However, making use of neutron moisture system, we can measure the moisture content of coke automatically, continuously and accurately. The system can input the measured value into charging machinery, and realize the auto compensation of moisture.
