| 摘 要： | 在《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》强调加大矿业投资环境建设的背景下，本文以矿业经济学、投资学作为理论基础，采用实证与规范经济分析法，针对矿业产业及其投资环境特点，综合AHP层次分析法和模糊综合评价法应用于矿业投资环境中，建立了矿业投资环境评价体系，从而为改善我国矿业投资环境提供可靠的决策依据。

| Abstract: | This text takes the theories of mineral economics and investment as the foundation, adopts positive method and normative method, aimed at mining industry and the strong points of foreign invest- ment environment. The paper bases on the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and establishes invest- ment environment of mining industry system. The author hopes to provide dependent decision-making and base for improving investment environment of mining industry. |
