基于BIM和物联网的装配式建筑施工作业安全预警平台的建立

摘    要:基于装配式建筑施工过程中的机械设备、预制构件及施工人员间存在的安全问题,利用建筑信息模型和物联网技术,构建了装配式建筑安全预警平台。首先通过对安全预警平台进行需求分析和系统功能设计,通过对装配式建筑施工危险源进行事故树分析,得到装配式建筑施工危险来源为人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态以及不安全环境。针对这 3 个危险源,基于 BIM 和物联网技术建立安全预警平台 3 个子系统:数据收集子系统、数据传输子系统和安全预警子系统。同时,在 BIM模型中相应区域以红绿黄色显示。结果表明物联网和 BIM 结合,可以快速、准确地对装配式建筑施工中的危险源进行预警。

Abstract:Given the safety problems of construction equipment,prefabricated components and construction workers inprefabricated building construction,the warning platform for prefabricated building safety is constructed by using the buildinginformation model and the internet of things technology. First, through the demand analysis and function design,the fault tree ofprefabricated construction hazards is developed. In this study, the dangerous sources in the prefabricated construction include unsafeacts,unsafe state of object and the unsafe conditions. On this basis,we use BIM and internet technology to establish safety earlywarning platform, which includes three subsystems:data collection subsystem,data transmission subsystem and safety early-warningsubsystem. The results show that the combination of Internet of Things and BIM can quickly and accurately predict the dangeroussources in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
