基于BIM竣工模型的医院智慧运维系统集成研究

基于三维建模和分析技术的 BIM（Building Information Modeling）不仅可以被广泛地应用于工程建设过程中进行方案可视化、性能分析、冲突检查、标准检查等，还可基于 BIM 竣工模型来支持工程运营系统的集成和设施维护。以江苏某医院住院综合楼项目建设为背景，结合设备设施管理，将医院建设 BIM 竣工模型、IBMS 系统集成与医院运维管理的系统模块进行集成，构建了 BIM 竣工模型的运维管理与医疗服务集成的实施框架，通过系统集成和共享形成一体化集成框架并论述了一体化集成实施的关键技术与应用障碍，对医院运用 BIM 解决实际管理问题、提升医疗服务品质具有参考价值。

A Study on Integrated System for Smart Hospital Operation andMaintenance Management Based on As-built BIM Model

Building Information Modeling（BIM）can be widely used in the process of engineering construction for projectvisualization，performance analysis，clash detection，standard inspection，etc. It can also support the integration of engineeringoperation system and facility maintenance based on the BIM federated model. In the context of the construction of a hospitalengineering project in Jiangsu province，this paper integrates the BIM model and IBMS integration system for developing a systemmodule of hospital operation and facility management. Finally, an integrated BIM visualization hospital management platform hasbeen proposed by the integration and sharing of the proposed systems，which provides useful theoretical and practical reference forthe hospital in solving practical management problems and improving medical service quality with the aid of BIM.
