摘    要:针对直廓环面蜗杆副空间齿面的复杂性,利用UG提供的二次开发平台UG/Open完成了直廓环面蜗杆副虚拟加工建模。通过ADAMS软件对模型进行动力学仿真分析,结果表明:蜗杆转速恒定,蜗轮转速与理论值相比相对误差仅为0. 26%,验证了直廓环面蜗杆副模型的正确性。

Abstract:According to the complexity of the straight profile circular plane worm gear pair' s space tooth surface, the virtual machining modeling of the straight profile worm gearing was completed by using the secondary development platform UG / Open, which was provided by UG. Through ADAMS simulation analysis, the results show that the worm speed is constant, and the relative error of worm wheel speed is only 0.26% compared with the theoretical value, which verifies the correctness of the straight surface enveloping worm gearing model.
