基于DSP的刀具测量仪运动控制系统研究

摘    要:搭建"PC+运动控制器+步进电机"嵌入式刀具测量仪控制系统,对刀具测量仪运动控制系统进行研究,进行刀具测量仪运动控制系统的总体框架和控制算法分析。提出X、Y轴运动模块采用导轨、滑块和导轨副,Z轴移动采用步进电机和滚珠丝杠结构,视觉模块采用CCD数码相机采集图像信号,控制系统采用固高GTS系列运动控制卡的方法,上位机控制软件通过运动控制卡驱动各轴步进电机,利用改进的PID控制算法和S形速度规划方法,完成预期的轨迹规划。

Abstract:Building "PC+motion controller+stepper motor" embedded tool measuring instrument control system, the tool measuring instrument motion control system was studied.The overall framework and control algorithm of the control system were analyzed.In the X, Y axis motion modules, the guide rail, slider and guide rail pair were adopted;the Z axis movement was realized by stepping motor and ball screw structure,CCD digital camera was adopted in the vision module to capture the image signal;the Googol GTS series motion control card was adopted in the control system.The host computer control software drove each axis stepping motor through motion control card.The expected trajectory planning was completed by using improved PID control and S-type speed planning method.
