BIM技术在建筑工程全过程中的应用研究

CAD软件的出现为二维平面制图提供了便利,而BIM技术的出现则是从三维立体模型出发对建筑工程整个生命周期进行的又一次革新。随着最近几年BIM技术在建筑工程领域应用程度不断加深,在招投标阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及后期管理阶段都已经得到广泛应用。本文在研究过程中就从这四个阶段出发,对BIM技术在建筑工程全过程中的应用进行了系统研究,希望对相关工作人员今后工作能够起到一定指引作用。

Research on the application of BIM technology in the whole process of building engineering

The emergence of CAD software provides convenience for two-dimensional plane drawing, and the emergence of BIM technology is another innovation of the whole life cycle of building engineering from three-dimensional model. With the increasing application of BIM technology in Construction Engineering in recent years, it has been widely used in bidding stage,design stage, construction stage and later management stage. In this paper, from these four stages, the application of BIM technology in the whole process of construction engineering is systematically studied, hoping to play a guiding role for the future work of relevant staff.
