摘    要:针对行北渭河特大桥项目,在预应力混凝土连续刚构桥施工管理与移动模架设计与安装过程中,进行 BIM 技术的应用研究。通过 Abaquss 进行力学检算辅助设计;通过 Delmia 进行模架主梁吊装仿真模拟,确定主梁吊耳位置;采用 Revit建立连续刚构桥模型,应用碰撞检查功能优化设计图纸,并提取工程量与施工坐标服务施工管理;将 BIM 管理平台用于桥梁施工质量安全以及工程资料的管理,既提高了管理效率,又方便了资料查找并为后期运营提供数据支持。

Abstract:In this paper,we study the application of BIM technology in the construction management of prestressed concretecontinuous rigid frame bridge as well as the design and installation of travelling trestle bridge fabrication machine based on theXingbei Weihe River Bridge Project. Abaquss can be used for checking the safety of the design. Delmia can be used for the hoistingsimulation of the main girder of the die frame and determining the lifting lug position of the main girde. Revit is applicable to theestablishment of the model of continuous rigid road bridge,to optimize the design drawings through collision inspection;meanwhile,accurate engineering quantity and construction coordinates can be extracted to serve the construction management. TheBIM platform turns out to be good for bridge construction quality and safety and engineering data management,which not onlyimproves management efficiency,but also facilitates data search and provides data support for later operations.
