摘    要:钢桁架高强度螺栓施拧工程具有螺栓信息量大、施工难度高、单节点工作量大和安装精度高等突出特点。针对上述特点引入 BIM 技术和精细化管理理论,提出一种基于 BIM 技术对钢桁架高强度螺栓施拧过程的精细化管理新方法,并以三门峡黄河公铁两用大桥典型钢桁架高强度螺栓施拧工程为例,介绍基于 Revit 和 Dynamo 的钢桁架节点参数化建模方法和具体应用。结果表明:在物料提取、模型深化、拼装施工和后期运维等方面均体现了基于 BIM 技术对钢桁架高强度螺栓施拧过程精细化管理方法的精准和高效,可为钢桁架高强度螺栓施拧工程提供参考。

Abstract:The steel truss high-strength bolt application project has outstanding features such as large bolt information,highconstruction difficulty,large single-node workload and high installation precision. In view of the above characteristics,BIMtechnology and refine management theory are introduced,and a new method of refine management of steel truss high-strength boltsbased on BIM technology is proposed. The high-strength bolts of typical steel truss of Sanmenxia Yellow River and Railway Bridgeare applied. Taking the engineering as an example,the parametric modeling method and specific application of steel truss nodesbased on Revit and Dynamo are introduced. The results show that in the aspects of material extraction,model deepening,assemblyconstruction and post-operation and maintenance,the application of BIM technology can improve the precision and effectiveness forthe refine management of steel truss high-strength bolts. The findings of this study provides a reference for the refine management insteel truss high-strength bolts.
