摘    要:EPC 模式在技术复杂的大型工程项目中广泛应用。为探究 EPC 项目组织内组织氛围对知识转移的影响机制,在分析 EPC 项目内知识转移过程的基础上,引入转移意愿作为中介变量,构建理论模型。开发 EPC 项目内组织氛围量表并收集数据,运用结构方程模型的实证方法,验证组织氛围及转移意愿对知识转移绩效的作用路径。研究结果丰富了工程项目知识管理的理论体系,也为工程建设实践中面临的问题提供了指导建议,从而有助于 EPC 项目管理水平的提升。

Abstract:EPC general contracting mode has been adopted by more and more large constriction projects with complex technology.In order to explore the mechanism of organizational climate on knowledge transfer in EPC projects organization,this paperintroduced transfer intention as a mediating variable and then built a theoretical model based on the analysis of knowledge transferprocess in EPC projects. By developing the organizational climate scale and collecting relevant data,the structural equation modelwas applied to verify the effect of organizational climate factors and transfer intention on knowledge transfer performance. Theresults enriched the theoretical system of knowledge management of construction projects,and provided guidance for the problems inconstruction practice,which can contribute to the improvement of EPC projects management level.
