摘    要:为了解决现阶段城市地下综合管廊在后期运维阶段的管理效率较低、难以协调等问题。通过系统分析“BIM+”技术在城市地下综合管廊运维阶段的应用,提出了以 BIM 技术为核心的可视化运维管理集成平台的设计思路。研究发现,可视化运维管理平台包含了大量的运维信息,为综合管廊在后期运维阶段的决策和监测预警机制提供了信息支撑,能有效提高管理效率和安全水平,降低风险,实现信息共享等,展现了“BIM+”技术在后期运维管理阶段的应用价值和可行性。

Abstract:In order to settle the problems related to low management efficiency and difficult coordination in the later operation andmaintenance stage of urban underground integrated pipe gallery at present. The application of "BIM +" technologies in urbanunderground pipe gallery operational phase is analyzed. A visual operation and maintenance management platform based on BIMtechnology is established. This study finds that rich information stored in the BIM model can provide strong information support foroperation maintenance decision and implementation. Meanwhile,BIM technologies can generate more benefits,such as reducingrisks related to operation and maintenance. It reflects the application value and feasibility of BIM technologies at the operation andmaintenance management stage.
