水利工程项目管理信息系统应用研究

摘    要:为了突破传统的水利工程管理模式,打造水利信息化,解决水利工程实现信息化管理所面临的分散管理、传统模式、效率低等问题,以水利部已经颁布的一系列技术规程为基础,利用计算机网络等新一代信息技术和编程技术,结合水利工程项目管理的特点对某项目管理信息系统的业务功能及流程进行二次开发。在需求分析的基础上,从建设目标、设计思路及技术路线和功能模块设计等方面进行系统的详细介绍。选择河南省平舆县水环境治理和生态修复工程项目为实际案例,验证系统运行效果。该系统实现了水利工程项目管理全过程的规范化和信息化,提高了工作效率和经济效益,确保水利工程建设按时完工,为事后检查提供基础资料,并探索了工程项目管理信息系统未来的发展方向。

Abstract:A series of technical regulations have been issued by the Ministry of Water Resources to create a water conservancyinformatization system and solve the problems of decentralized management and low efficiency faced by water conservancy projects,thus improving the traditional management mode of water conservancy projects The functions and procedures of a certain projectmanagement information system is secondary developed considering the characteristics of water conservancy project management.The development process is based on new generation information and programming technologies such as computer network. On thebasis of the needs analysis, the system is introduced in detail from the aspects of construction objectives,design strategies,technicalroutes,and functional module design. The water environment treatment and ecological restoration project in Pingyu County,HenanProvince is selected as a real case to verify the effectiveness of the system. The system realizes the standardization andinformatization of the entire process of water conservancy project management,which can improve work efficiency and economicefficiency. The findings of this study can ensure the completion of water conservancy project construction, provide basic data for thepost-examination, and explore the future development direction of engineering management information system.
