摘    要:旨在解决单圆弧齿廓面齿轮造型难的问题,提出一种高效精确的建模方法。以范成加工原理为理论依据,布尔运算为主要实现方法,精确建立刀具齿轮模型,再运用三维建模CATIA软件二次开发技术,编写VBA宏程序完成刀具齿轮包络运动过程中切割面齿轮毛坯,生成单圆弧齿廓面齿轮齿面。该方法类似插齿加工面齿轮,不同在于刀具只做公转和自转的包络成形运动,成形的齿面精度可控且可靠。在理论模型上再现了刀具迹线,为单圆弧齿廓面齿轮的加工和研究提供了模型参照。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problem of gear modeling of circular arc tooth profile, an efficient and accurate modeling method was put forward. Taking generating principle as the theoretical basis, Boolean operation as the main method, the accurate model was established. Then secondary development technology of CATIA software was used to white VBA macro program to complete the motion of the cutter gear enveloping process to cut surface of the gear blank, creating a circular face gear tooth surface. The method was similar to the gear shaping face gear. The difference was that the cutter only makes the envelope forming movement of revolution and rotation, and the formed tooth surface was controllable and reliable. The tool trace is reproduced on the theoretical model, which pro-vides a model reference for the processing and research of the gear with circular arc profile.
