摘    要:为有效识别相交特征,提出一种新的基于特征主基面的相交特征识别算法。该算法首先对模型进行处理,抑制过渡特征,去除外轮廓面提取特征加工面,生成带扩展属性的加工面属性邻接图,并以特征面的面边关系属性为依据判断特征间的父子关系从而判定相交特征。通过特征基面的度的大小选定特征主基面并以凸边为痕迹添加虚链接,构建虚链辅助面,完成相交特征分离并对特征进行相似性判断,通过邻接矩阵与预定义特征库进行特征匹配从而完成相交特征识别。最后通过具有相交特征的模型验证算法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to recognize the intersection feature effectively, a new feature recognition algorithm based on feature main base face was proposed. The model was processed, transition features was suppressed,outer contour was removed, feature processing surface was extracted, the extended attributed adjacent graph was generated,the face edge relationship attribution between the feature surfaces was used to judge the parent child relationships between the intersecting features.Through the size of the feature base degree,the features main base surface was selected and the convex edge were hints for adding virtual links,the virtual chain auxiliary surface was constructed,intersecting features were separated and the similarity of the features was judged. Through the adjacency matrix and the predefined feature library, feature matching was realized, so as to complete the intersection feature recognition.Finally, the algorithm was validated by a model with intersecting features.
