摘    要:异步电机广泛应用于各种机床,其转子时间常数的变化会降低其转子磁场定向精度,进而降低其转矩控制精度。以某型机床上用异步电机为研究对象,详细分析转子时间常数变化对异步电机间接磁场定向控制的影响,包括对转子磁链和定子电压的影响。基于该分析结果,采用李雅普诺夫稳定性理论设计了一种基于d轴定子电压的异步电机转子时间常数辨识方法。建立仿真和实验系统,对所提方法进行详细的仿真实验研究。仿真与实验结果表明:所设计的方法不仅可以实现转子时间常数在线辨识,而且具有较好的动态响应速度和抗扰性能,能为机床及相同使用领域提供更好的动力输入。

A Rotor Time Constant On line Identification Method for Induction Motor
Abstract:Induction motor is widely used in various machine tools. The variation of its rotor time constant can reduce the rotor flux orientation accuracy, and further reduce the torque control precision. Taking the induction motor that used in a certain machine tool as the research object, the effects of the rotor time constant variation on the rotor flux orientation control of induction motor were analyzed in details, including the effects on the rotor flux and the stator voltage. Based this analysis results, a d axis voltage based rotor time constant identification method for induction motor was proposed. The simulation and experimental system were established, and simulation and experimental studies were carried out. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed rotor time constant identification method not only can be used to realize rotor time constant online identification, but also has good dynamic response speed and anti disturbance performance. Moreover, it can provide better power input for machine tools and same application areas.
