广州广商中心超高层偏置筒体复杂钢结构设计

摘    要:广州广商中心塔楼的冠顶高度为375m,塔楼按偏置筒体布置,采用钢管混凝土巨柱外框、巨型钢斜撑、带状钢桁架和偏心支撑钢框架的复杂钢结构体系,建成后将成为中国最高的钢结构超高层。塔楼结构体系的主要特点包括:中部4根柱在第7层倾斜转换到地面层、周边普通柱由两道带状桁架转换、外围抗弯框架和巨撑不在同一平面、楼板不连续等。结构中存在多项超限或者抗震不利的特征,设计过程中采用了基于性能的抗震设计思想。通过提高转换部位构件的性能目标、多轮风洞测试、优化节点设计、非线性施工模拟等措施,使整个结构体系高效而优化。另外,风致舒适度、施工可行性等方面的优化具有明显的综合经济效益,成功降低了结构总造价。

Abstract:The crown top of Guangzhou Chamber of Commerce tower is 375 m high, and the tower adopts offset core layout. The tower structural system is one complex steel system consisting of concret filled tube(CFT) mega columns,mega steel diagonals, steel belt trusses and eccentically braced steel frames. When completed, the building will be the tallest steel super high-rise building in China. The major features of this tower′s strucural system includes: four middle columns sloping transfered at level 7 down to ground floor, the perimeter regular columns tranfered by two belt trusses, the mega diagonals detached from the perimeter frame, slab discontinuity and etc. Considering many over-limit irregularity items and disadvantage features for seismic design, the performance base seismic design was performed at the design procedure. The whole structurarl system is highly efficient and optimized by enhancing the seismic performance targets for the members at tranfer zone, adopting multiple rounds of wind tunnel testing, optimizeing critical connection details and considering the nonlinear construction sequence analysis. Meamwhile, optimizing the wind induced acceleration and constructability has great economic efficiency and successfully reduce the structural cost.
