摘    要:高效精密是制造领域永恒的主题。依据实验和试制的数据,解析了2017年金砖国家技能发展与技术创新大赛--复杂部件数控多轴联动加工技术比赛中的关键技术。主要从造型、工艺、刀路设置、机床操作等方面,对凸轮分度机构中的底板、分度盘、凸轮轴3个核心部件的加工过程进行系统、全面的解析。实践证明:该工艺策略高效、精密、可靠,对参加相关技术技能竞赛的选手和行业技术人员具有较强的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Efficient precision is an eternal theme in manufacturing field. Based on the data of experiment and trial production, the key technologies in the 2017 BRICS Skill Development and Technology Innovation Competition-NC Multi axis Coordinated Machining of Complex Parts were analyzed. The processing and manufacturing process of the three core components including the base plate, indexing plate and cam shaft in the indexing mechanism of cam were systematically and comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of shape, technology, tool path setting and machine tool operation. Practice has proved that the process strategy is efficient, sophisticated, and reliable.It provides reference for relevant technical skills competition contestants and industry technicians.
