码垛机械手的真空搬运系统设计及其故障分析

摘    要:真空搬运系统是码垛机械手的重要组成部分,其性能直接影响着码垛机械手的工作,一套合适的真空搬运系统解决方案能有效提升码垛机械手的工作效率。基于SMC气动元件,针对码垛机械手,提出一种单体吸盘对应单个发生器的真空搬运系统解决方案,并针对该方案所出现的故障进行分析,给出相应的诊断方法和处理过程。

Design and Failure Analysis of Vacuum Handling System for Palletizing Manipulator
Abstract:Vacuum handling system which property directly affects working condition of palletizing manipulator is the important component of palletizing manipulator. A suitable solution for vacuum handling system is an effective way to improve efficiency of the palletizing manipulator. Based on SMC pneumatic components, for the palletizing manipulator, a solution that single vacuum suction combinated with single vacuum generator for vacuum handling system was proposed. Then corresponding diagnostic methods and treatment processes were given for its typical failures.
