摘    要:通过常温养护条件下活性粉末混凝土力学性能正交试验,选用普通硅酸盐水泥和超细矿渣粉作为主要胶凝材料,研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、硅灰掺量、石英粉掺量、胶砂比、钢纤维掺量和减水剂含量对活性粉末混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度等基本力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,水胶比、钢纤维掺量和减水剂含量对活性粉末混凝土的力学性能影响最为显著,粉煤灰掺量对改善活性粉末混凝土的抗压和抗折性能效果最好。在此基础上,以常温养护条件下活性粉末混凝土的高强度为目标,通过大量的力学试验,得到优化的最佳因素水平组合为水胶比0.18、粉煤灰掺量20%、硅灰掺量25%、石英粉掺量20%、胶砂比1∶1.0、钢纤维掺量3.0%、减水剂含量2.0%。

Abstract:Through orthogonal test of mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete under room temperature curing condition, ordinary Portland cement and superfine slag powder were selected as main cementing materials. The effects of water-cement ratio, fly ash content, silica fume content, quartz powder content, cement-sand ratio, steel fiber content and water reducer content on the compressive strength and flexural strength of reactive powder concrete were studied. The test results show that water-cement ratio, steel fiber content and water reducing content have the most significant effect on the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete, and fly ash content has the best effect on improving the compressive and flexural properties of reactive powder concrete. On this basis, aiming at the high strength of reactive powder concrete cured at room temperature, through a large number of mechanical tests, the optimum combination of factors was obtained as follows: water-cement ratio of 0.18, fly ash content of 20%, silica fume content of 25%, quartz powder content of 20%, cement-sand ratio of 1∶1.0, steel fiber content of 3.0%, and water reducer content of 2.0%.
