摘    要:通过对某高节拍、多规格小口径钢管生产线精整技术要求的分析,进行了高节拍多兼容钢管称重测长设备的技术研究,详细阐述了总体技术及各功能模块的技术路线和实现方法。通过实践检验,该技术满足小口径钢管的生产要求。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the finishing technology requirement of small diameter steel tube, the research of weighing and measuring equipment of high production rhythm and multi standard compatibility was conducted, and the overall technology and the technical route and implementation methods of the functional modules were introduced in detail. The practical test has proved that the technology fulfills the requirements of the production of small diameter steel tubes.
