摘    要:苏州绿地中央广场综合楼建筑总高度为243.4m,地上58层,地下3层,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,结构平面和竖向均存在不规则项,属于超B级超限高层建筑工程。首先介绍了塔楼结构的方案比选和最终结构布置,然后根据设定的抗震性能目标,对主体结构进行了小震、中震和大震性能计算,并对大开洞楼板进行了楼板受力性能分析。此外,通过Pushover分析获得了结构构件屈服顺序;通过弹塑性时程分析获得了结构在大震作用下的残余变形。根据分析结果对薄弱部位采取加强措施,确保结构在满足建筑功能、经济合理的条件下具有较好的抗震和抗风性能。

Abstract:The complex building of Suzhou Greenland Central Plaza has 58 stories above ground and 3 stories underground. The building height is 243.4 m. Reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system is adopted. There are irregular terms in the plane and vertical direction of the structure, which belongs to the super B grade out-of-code high-rise building engineering. The comparison and selection of the tower structure and the final structural arrangement were introduced firstly. Then performance calculation of the main structure under frequent earthquake, medium earthquake and rare earthquake were carried out based on the seismic performance targets. And mechanical behavior analysis on floor with big opening hole was carried out. In addition, the yield order of structural members was obtained by Pushover analysis, and the residual deformation of structure subjected to rare earthquake was obtained by elastic-plastic time history analysis. According to the analysis results, measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts to ensure the high performance under earthquake and wind while satisfying the requirements of architectural functions and economic rationality.
