摘    要:为研究体外预应力横向张拉法加固矩形钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的抗裂效果,对6根加固梁和2根对比梁进行一次或二次受力试验研究,观测记录了试验梁的裂缝开展形态、裂缝宽度和开裂荷载。计算分析了横向张拉法体外预应力加固矩形RC梁的抗裂度,给出了横向张拉法体外预应力有效预应力的合理估算方法。试验结果表明,横向张拉法体外预应力能有效提高梁的开裂荷载、抑制裂缝开展和控制裂缝宽度,是抗裂加固的一种有效方法。提出的有效预应力估算方法符合工程技术要求,可供工程加固设计参考。

Abstract:To study the crack resistance effects of rectangular reinforced concrete( RC) beams strengthened by externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method,experimental study on six strengthened beams and two compared beams under primary or secondary loading was constructed.Crack development patterns,crack width and cracking load of beams were observed and recorded.Crack resistance of rectangular RC beams strengthened by externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method was calculated and analyzed,and a reasonable calculation method of effective prestress for such method was proposed.The results show that externally prestressing reinforcement with transverse tensioning method can effectively increase the cracking load,restrain crack development and control crack width.It is an effective way for crack reinforcement.The proposed method for estimation of effective prestress meets the technical requirements and provides a good reference for reinforcement engineering design.
