基于ABAQUS多频率超声变幅杆稳态及谐响应分析

摘    要:超声加工技术已经涉及到了多个领域,超声变幅杆是超声加工处理设备中超声振动系统的重要组成部分之一。为了对多频率超声变幅杆进行对比分析,以圆锥形变幅杆为例,选取25、30、35kHz振动频率的变幅杆,运用ABAQUS大型非线性有限元仿真软件,对多频率变幅杆进行稳态及谐响应分析研究。对多频率变幅杆进行稳态对比分析,在圆锥形变幅杆添加力载荷,对比分析不同频率变幅杆的位移及应力变化曲线,得出多频率变幅杆在稳态分析及谐响应过程中的变化规律。

Abstract:Ultrasonic processing technology has been involved in many fields, ultrasonic amplitude change rod is one of the important components of ultrasonic vibration system in ultrasonic processing equipment. In order to compare and analyze the multi- frequency ultrasonic horn, the conical horn is taken as an example. The 25 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz vibrational frequency horn was selected , and the steady state and harmonic response of multi-frequency horn were studied with analysis by using ABAQUS large-scale nonlinear finite element (FE) simulation software. Firstly, the steady state of the multi-frequency horn was compared and analyzed, then the force load was added to the tapered horn, and the displacement and stress curves of the horn with different frequencies were compared and analyzed. Finally, the changing rule of multi-frequency variation of amplitude rod is obtained in steady state analysis and harmonic response process.
