大采高工作面过空巷高水材料充填技术实践

摘    要:针对锦界煤矿31116工作面过空巷易发生顶板跨落及煤壁大面积片帮等问题,提出了高水材料充填技术施工方案,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明:31116工作面通过充填空巷期间,工作面顶底板移近量和两帮移近量等围岩变形较小,均在可控制范围内,有效保障了工作面过空巷区域的安全。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as roof falling and large area slope of coal wall in the 31116 working face of Jinjie Coal Mine,the construction scheme of high water material filling technology is put forward,and the industrial test is carried out.The results show that when the 31116 working face passes through the filling roadway,the surrounding rock deformation of the roof and floor and the two sides of the working face is relatively small,which are all within the controllable range,and effectively ensures the safety of the working face passing through the empty roadway.
