| Abstract: | Industrial gearbox is widely used in all sectors of national economy, and the use of industrial gear oils is also increasing year by year. This paper analyzed the characteristics of industrial gear oil formula and the road-across rules in specifications for gear oils with industry influence such as DIN 51517-3 and Flender AS7300. Based on the current situation of Chinese industrial gear oil products, this paper proposed the recommended road-across rules for industrial gear oils with different viscosity grades and the rationally simplified testing items, so as to improve the factory delivery efficiency of gear oils and reduce the repetition and waste of resources and time in production and testing. |
