基于“风-光-储”测量数据融合的孤岛微电网一次调频参数优化模型

摘    要:针对多种分布式电源接入孤岛微电网,使潮流分布更加复杂,导致微电网频率控制难以满足需求的问题,文章提出一种基于"风-光-储"测量数据融合的孤岛微电网一次调频参数优化模型。研究分布式电源参与微电网调频的调差系数和调频容量模型,基于"风-光-储"测量数据融合对"风-光-储"调频参数进行修正。考虑到"风-光-储"分布式电源调频的稳定性控制,以孤岛微电网中系统一次调频备用成本最小为目标,基于机会约束规划对调频参数进行优化,并采取基于拉丁超立方抽样的确定性转化方法进行模型的求解。仿真算例结果表明,文章所提出的优化模型,能够降低一次调频备用成本,提高了孤岛微电网的频率稳定性与经济性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the distribution of power flow is more complicated due to the multiple distributed power sources connected to the island microgrid,the frequency control of the microgrid is difficult to meet the demand.This paper proposes an island microgrid primary frequency modulation parameter optimization model based on the integration of wind and solar storage measurement data.Research on the differential coefficient and frequency modulation capacity model of distributed power sources participating in micro-grid frequency modulation,and revise the wind and solar storage frequency modulation parameters based on the fusion of wind and solar storage measurement data.Taking into account the stability control of wind and solar storage distributed power frequency modulation,with the goal of minimizing the cost of primary frequency modulation and backup of the system in the island microgrid,the frequency modulation parameters are optimized based on chance-constrained programming,and the deterministic transformation method based on Latin hypercube sampling is adopted for the model.The solution.The simulation results show that the primary frequency modulation parameter optimization model of the island microgrid based on the fusion of wind and solar storage measurement data proposed in this article can minimize the cost of primary frequency modulation and backup,and improve the frequency stability and economy of the island microgrid.
