马脊梁选煤厂起尘起雾点原因分析与煤尘治理

摘    要:针对马脊梁选煤厂3206皮带头、301皮带栈桥以及煤炭洗选过程中出现的煤尘,通过分析选煤厂起尘起雾点的原因,提出煤尘综合治理措施,并对比治理前后选煤厂各监测点的煤尘浓度.结果 表明:在采取选煤厂综合防尘措施后,皮带走廊及主厂房粉尘浓度和湿度显著降低,细粒煤尘的回收率得以提高,实现了选煤厂的二次回收.

Abstract:In view of the coal dust occurred in the 3206 belt lead,301 belt trestle and coal washing process in Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant,through the analysis of the causes of dust and fog in the coal preparation plant,the comprehensive control measures of coal dust are put forward,and the coal dust concentration of each monitoring point in the coal preparation plant before and after treatment is compared.The results show that after taking comprehensive dust control measures in the coal preparation plant,the dust concentration and humidity in the belt corridor and the main workshop are significantly reduced,and the recovery rate of fine coal dust is improved.The secondary recovery of coal preparation plant is realized.
