中马村矿211西工作面瓦斯综合抽采技术应用

摘    要:为消除中马村矿211西工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险性,保证工作面安全生产,通过设计三条底抽巷穿层钻孔及进、回风巷顺层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯,在合理钻孔布置设计下,无抽采空白带,经瓦斯抽采后实测残余瓦斯含量最大值为5.44 m3/t,最大残余瓦斯压力0.38 MPa,最大残余瓦斯含量及残余瓦斯压力均小于检验指标,消突措施效果良好,经评判已消除突出危险性,工作面满足安全回采条件。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the danger of coal and gas outburst in the 211west working face of Zhongmacun Coal Mine and ensure the safe production of the working face,the coal seam gas is pre-drained by designing three bottom drainage roadways through drilling holes and drilling holes along the layers of intake and return air roadways.Under the reasonable drilling hole layout design,there is no empty leucorrhea.After gas extraction,the maximum measured residual gas content is 5.44 m;/t,and the maximum residual gas pressure is 0.38 MPa.The maximum residual gas content and residual gas pressure are less than the inspection index,the effect of outburst elimination measures is good,the danger of outburst has been eliminated after evaluation,and the working face meets the safe mining conditions.
