硬质巷道井下高效掘进工艺的研究

摘    要:为了解决薛虎沟煤业井下巷道掘进速度慢、效率低、成本高的不足,提出了一种新的井下高效掘进工艺,采用高效钻装机作为巷道快速掘进设备,针对井下围岩特性,采用数值模拟分析法确定巷道爆破方案,采用多工序平行交叉作业方式实现了井下巷道的高速掘进。根据实际应用表明新的掘进方案将支护效率提升24.4%,将巷道掘进速度提升了67.7%,有效提升了巷道掘进经济性。

Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of slow driving speed,low efficiency and high cost of underground roadway in Xuehugou Coal Industry,a new high-efficiency underground tunneling technology is put forward,which uses high-efficiency drilling machine as roadway fast driving equipment,according to the characteristics of underground surrounding rock,the blasting scheme of roadway is determined by numerical simulation analysis,and the high-speed tunneling of underground roadway is realized by multi-process parallel and cross operation.According to the practical application,the new tunneling scheme increases the support efficiency by 24.4% and the roadway driving speed by 67.7%,which effectively improves the economy of roadway driving.
