| 摘 要： | 为解决ZDY4000L履带式全液压坑道钻机在大坡度巷道钻孔施工难题,以新桥煤矿2301工作面顺槽深孔煤层注水钻孔施工为研究对象,指出了钻机行走、打钻期间存在下滑风险,并进行了受力分析,提出了大坡度巷道钻孔施工方法和针对性安全措施,实现了安全、高效打钻,有效保证工作面回采速度.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the difficult problem of drilling construction of ZDY4000L crawler full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig in large slope roadway,taking the water injection drilling construction of deep hole coal seam in the 2301 working face of Xinqiao Coal Mine as the research object,the sliding risk during drilling and drilling is pointed out,and the force analysis is carried out.The drilling construction method and targeted safety measures of high slope roadway are put forward,which realizes safe and efficient drilling and effectively ensures the mining speed of the working face. |
