近距离煤层采空区下巷道分层间距支护设计研究

摘    要:在云冈矿12#与12-2#近距离煤层的工程背景下,针对采空区下8403工作面的5403巷的布置与支护方式进行了研究,提出了5403巷分类联合控制技术,层间距大于7m时采用锚网索+钢带支护,层间距小于7m时采用锚网索+钢带+架棚联合支护方式.经现场监测,5403巷支护效果良好,为类似条件下的安全施工提供了借鉴.

Abstract:Under the engineering background of short-distance coal seams of 12;and 12;in Yungang Coal Mine,the layout and support mode of the 5403 roadway in the 8403 working face under goaf are studied,and the classified joint control technology of the 5403 roadway is put forward.Anchor net cable + steel belt support is adopted when the layer spacing is more than 7 m,and the combined support mode of anchor net cable + steel belt + shed is adopted when the layer spacing is less than 7 m.Through on-site monitoring,the support effect of the 5403 roadway is good,which provides a reference for the safe construction of workpieces under similar bars.
