Abstract:Aiming at the problem of quantitative detection of the length of the longitudinal crack defect and the width of the transverse crack defect on the surface of the ferromagnetic component by the balanced electromagnetic detection technology,a method of synchronizing the movement of the sensor with the data collection of the balanced electromagnetic detection technology was proposed.The principle of the balanced electromagnetic detection technology for the length of the longitudinal crack defect and the width of the transverse crack defect on the surface of the ferromagnetic component was analyzed,the synchronous data acquisition and control system of the balanced electromagnetic detection technology based on FPGA was studied,a three-axis mechanical motion platform was built,and the signal processing circuit,reference power supply circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit,isolation circuit and USB transmission circuit were designed.The experimental results show that the system runs at a constant speed and can achieve 0.1 mm fixed-length detection.The detection signal can quantitatively analyze the length of the longitudinal crack defect and the width of the transverse crack defect on the surface of the ferromagnetic component.
