高精密铅酸蓄电池充放电管理系统的研究

摘    要:针对铅酸电池充放电管理系统中存在的谐波污染大、功率因数低、续航能力不足的问题,文中提出一种电流解耦控制算法,通过蓄电池充放电装置主电路原理和参数设计、检测电路设计、控制电路的设计,完成了一套智能铅酸蓄电池充放电管理装置设计,经过充电工况输出侧波形质量数据测试,该系统网侧输出额定电压120 V,网侧的功率因数达到了0.9...

Abstract:In view of the problems of large harmonic pollution,low power factor and insufficient endurance in the charge and discharge management system of lead-acid battery,this paper proposed a current decoupling control algorithm.Through the design of the main circuit principle and parameters of the battery charge and discharge device,the detection circuit design and the control circuit design,a set of intelligent charge and discharge management device of lead-acid battery was designed.The output voltage of the system is 120 V,the power factor of the network side is 0.997,the output voltage ripple is only 0.73%,the output voltage stability accuracy is 0.09%,the total harmonic distortion of the output current is 3.2%,the actual operation shows that the system is feasible.
