Abstract:Electric actuator is an important device to realize the control of pipeline valve.In order to solve the problem of wireless remote monitoring in outdoor environment,the electric actuator monitoring system was designed by using NB-IoT communication mode.STM32 was used as the main control chip to collect real-time data,including the opening of the actuator,the pressure,temperature and flow of the fluid in the pipeline.The data was uploaded to IoT cloud platform through BC35-G communication module.Remote monitoring of the actuator on the developed wechat mini-program was realized.The test results show that the system has stable performance,convenient operation and can meet the needs of industrial application.
