Abstract:Based on a directly buried heating steam pipeline project, this paper research on pressure test technology of working pipe and outer protective pipe.Through the analysis of test medium selection and test pressure calculation, we design and check the strength of a new type end fixed head, and put forward the operation steps, key points and new methods of air tightness test of outer protective pipe, strength test of working pipe and tightness test of working pipe.New methods include water injection flowmeter, balloon of tide discharge pipe, remote pressure data reading and pressure drainage, etc.In this paper, the theoretical analysis and technical measures of the pressure test of directly buried steam pipeline for heating supply are given, which has certain guiding significance for other pressure tests of the same type of pipeline.
