Abstract:The DC microammeter of the ultra-high voltage device was usually unable to read directly and was easily damaged by surges.Therefore,ZigBee technology was used to design a wireless communication network to realize the communication between the micro-current sensor and the display system,and the classical ZigBee algorithm was optimized to improve the anti-interference ability of the wireless network.In order to improve the protection performance under the influence of inrush current,the characteristics of different protection elements were analyzed,and two levels of over-current protection sampling circuit were designed.Based on the designed circuit,the ultra-high voltage DC microammeter was developed and tested in the laboratory,whose measurement accuracy reaches 0.1 level.The effect of optimized ZigBee algorithm and overcurrent protection circuit was tested in ultra-high voltage field test.The results show that the data can be transmitted reliably in the case of remote communication distance and complicated electromagnetic environment,and it can effectively protect the impact of actual inrush current.
