管壳式换热器积灰热阻的实验研究

摘    要:锅炉尾部受热面( 对省煤器来说,主要是管壳式换热器) 的积灰,严重地影响其换热效果,降低锅炉效率。为有效地进行其监测和预防,我们进行了锅炉省煤器积灰的模化实验研究,并进行了积灰热阻计算和正交实验结果分析。通过分析可知,该积灰热阻的计算方法具有一定的合理性和可靠性。为锅炉省煤器及工业管壳式换热器等的积灰在线监测提供了一定的理论指导作用。图10 表3 参6

Abstract:Fouling of heat recovery areas (economizers being principally shell/tube type heat exchangers) seriously impairs the effective heat transfer and thereby reduces the boiler's efficiency. for effective monitoring and prevention purposes, experimental simulation studies of economizer fouling were conducted, accompanied by resistance calculation of fouling layers and by analyses of test results, which show that the fouling resistence calculation method is relatively reasonable and reliable and thus provides a theoretical guide for on line monitoring of fouling of boiler economizers or any industrial shell/tube type heat exchanger.
