| 摘 要： | 针对城市经常出现的两种问题,即城市发展变化的偶然性与不定性和城市空间日益突出的热寂现象,认为运用弹性思维来进行规划与设计,建立起功能多元的时间———空间复合结构体,以适应外界条件的不断变化和降低城市空间的热寂现象3]的产生,从而取得更多的经济效益与社会效益。

| Abstract: | The political and economical conditions are changed all the time in the city.There are two instances taking place frequently.The first,city condition varies incidentally and indefinitely;the second, the phenomena of Heat Death became serious.The authors intend to apply elastic conception in city planning and design.to establish time-space structure with complex-function and to acquire more economical and social benefits. |
