摘    要:亚稳奥氏体基加M7C3型共昌碳化物双相结构白口铁基铸造合金具有良好的耐磨性和较高的冲击韧性。利用该理论开发了Fe-C-Cr-Mn系新型亚稳奥氏体基耐磨合金。通过滑动磨损试验发现,它们的耐磨性优于传统耐磨材料Cr25这种新材料的使用对节省能源有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the theory that Fe based cast alloys with two phase structure of metastable austenitic matrix M\-7C\-3 eutectic carbide have good wear resitance and impact toughness,this paper exploited Fe C Cr Mn system wear resisting alloys with metastable austenite matrix.In the sliding abrasion test,the wear resistance of the test alloys was better than that of Cr25 white cast iron with martensite matrix and much higher than that of Mn13 cast steel as a traditional wear resisting material.Its high wear resistance partially attributed to the ability of abrasion induced martensite transformation which increased the hardness of the matrix surface layer rapidly.The adoption of the systematic alloys is of great significance in energy saving.
